Their first fan meeting took place in 2015 at Olympic Park Seoul and was sold out in a minute, so a second meeting was scheduled for the same day.
In 2016 the success increased more and more. Their first full album "Melting" not only made it to the charts again, but also earned them their first awards.
In 2017, the group launched their "4 seasons, 4 colors project". Four albums in four different colors symbolize one season with the focus of one member. The albums "Yellow Flower," "Red Moon," "Blue;S" and "White Wind" followed.
The 4 Girls are also very popular in Japan! After they released their first Japanese single "Décalcomanie", 3 concerts in Japan followed.
On March 3-5, MAMAMOO held their second concert titled 2017 MAMAMOO CONCERT 'MOOSICAL' Curtain Call at the Olympic Hall in Seoul. Later, on August 19-20, they gave the concert again at KBS Busan Hall in Busan.
The group participated in the Mnet show Queendom as contestants from August 29 to October 31 and won. They sang "Décalcomanie," "I Miss You," and "Destiny," as well as covers of other songs by the other contestants and singers outside the show. Later, on November 14, MAMAMOO released their second Korean studio album, "Reality in BLACK," with the title song "HIP," which also features "Destiny."
Wheein decided not to renew her contract with RBW in 2021, but signed a contract to continue activities with MAMAMOO until December 2023. The other members have renewed their contracts with RBW.
